MASJID-E-MADNI  is formed under the name of the Incorporation known as  A1 AMERICAN COMMUNITY SERVICE INC. 

The purposes  is to arrange and hold congregational prayers for Muslims and for propagation of Islamic education among all persons, irrespective of their gender, age, faith, creed, color or belief; establish religious educational facilities, library, marriage ceremonies, funeral service arrangements in accordance to Islamic Belief and consistent with the Law of the land.

The Incorporation is a non-profit, non-political, and non-partisan Islamic community Organization. It shall operate exclusively as charitable, non-profit corporation as defined in Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or relevant section of any future IRS code. It is incorporated under the laws of the State of New York.

LEGAL STATUS

The Incorporation is a New York non-profit public benefit corporation, recognized as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code..

DONATION

The Masjid needs donation for it's renovation, furnishing, heating, air-condition, weatherization works, utilities and many more. However, Alhumdullilah, even with minimum amenities , five (5) congregational prayers are held daily. May Allah accept the Brothers' sacrifices . Aameen.

Your tax exempt certificate will be mailed to you at your sender's address.
